The Marketing Function would like to hire a highly independent marketer to design and write content for all Passage Technology products and services. We are looking for someone who can become proficient in all aspects of marketing.

  • Support product manager with requested content

  • Management and administration of company website

  • Be proficient enough about products to write technical content about them or delegate to more technical roles in the organization for assistance

  • Help  marketing coach with case triage and assigned tasks as needed

  • Lead journey management (front-end content strategy)

    • Leading all content for the customer story management process

    • Lead case triage for marketing coach

    • Drive creation of content for status quo / nurture marketing

    • Marketing Project Management

  • Ensure AppExchange listings are fully optimized

  • Event planning and coordination

  • Become company subject matter expert on growth hacking techniques such as SEO

  • Help the company to build its brand

  • Primary contributor to product release content marketing

  • Support the creation of product marketing content in various channels including web, email, social, and video

  • Executing Partner Marketing Strategy

  • Create and manage campaigns

  • Align buyer journeys to personas, content, and cases

  • Configuration/administration of marketing automation / email marketing tools such as Hubspot, Pardot, Marketo, or Mailchimp.

  • Write company email automations and campaigns, collaborating with Technical Evangelist where necessary

  • Assist with the interview and onboarding of new Content Strategist(s)

  • Become an expert in web traffic analysis using tools such as Google Analytics,Google Search Console, and Heap.

  • Lightweight graphic design using Adobe products or Canva where necessary

  • Work with LLC and Marketing Coach on ensuring compliance to various laws and internal company policies and terms and conditions.
