Rollup Helper Simplifies CPQ Calculation Process for Kipu Health
Headquartered in Coral Gables, Florida, Kipu Health (Kipu) is an organization that strives to improve the behavioral health landscape. Kipu’s EMR, CRM, RCM billing, and GRC compliance software is designed to help behavioral health organizations achieve the best outcomes, while empowering patients and caregivers.
”I was using Salesforce Flow and price rules to do some of the work that I have now transitioned to Rollup Helper. In the past, I also looked into DLRS but found Rollup Helper to better suit our needs,” said Brie Collins, Kipu’s Senior Salesforce Administrator.
Brie explained that they have some fairly complex pricing in CPQ, and she was running into issues having the right fields populated for the correct rules to trigger on. “Moving the rollups needed to Rollup Helper got the calculations to work just like I needed to,” she said.
Team Productivity Increases as They Expand Use of Rollup Helper
Kipu is on a mission to empower organizations, their teams, and patients to thrive, so data is extremely important to them. And Rollup Helper has streamlined their work and increased their productivity. Brie explains, “It is much quicker to create a rollup than it is to write code or build functionality into a Flow. Some items just make more sense in a rollup!”
Now that they’re using Rollup Helper, their team has been able quickly implement other tools that need rolled up data. “I was able to get our CPQ pricing done without having to use custom code. I am not an Apex developer, so this is a great asset for our company to be able to manage and admin our org with the current head count,” added Brie.
Brie concluded, “I have also used Rollup Helper at other companies, and it's something I will always advocate for. It’s cost effective, support is great, and I enjoy using the tool.”
