New Features

• LWCs
  • “Percent Complete” manages the completion percentage of all child records. Available for Project layout.
  • “Manage Project Plan” allows mass record updates in one place. Available for Program, Portfolio, Project, Milestone layouts.

Performance and Usability Improvements

• New Project field: “Complete” checkbox will update status and completion of all child records.
• New custom setting: “Disable Date Shifting” will prevent dates from changing automatically from Milestones PM+ triggers. (Custom automation will still work as expected.)
• CreateChildProjects method can now create multiple projects under the same object. 
• Gantt Charts will now refresh automatically when dates are changed. This allows date shifting to occur before further changes are made and prevents unexpected changes from occurring. To turn off and restore the refresh button, use the custom setting “Disable Auto Refresh on Gantt Chart.”
• Import Template will use most recent file/document version.

Bug Fixes

• Print Gantt
  • Single-page cutoff on certain browsers.
  • Program chart will now print the same as Project and Milestone.
• Milestone “Percent Complete” field calculation.
• Import Template page’s Gantt chart.
• Resource Allocation Gantt will show multiple Resources (instead of only one).
• Canceled items are no longer updated to “complete” when the project is completed.
• Other miscellaneous bug fixes.
