Usability Improvements

• Added the ability to enable real-time on fields used in parent/child filters.
• Added the ability to populate the middle name field when creating Contact category records.
• Added the ability to enable/disable real-time per Lookup Helper setting.
• Updated the in-app admin guide.
• Added an option for users to only receive high priority emails once per day.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where an error would occur if the record scope custom setting field’s value was null.
