Usability Improvements

• When creating a new setting, the child object lookup fields list now excludes lookup fields that are not updateable by users.

Bug Fixes

• Added missing pages to the Lookup Helper All Setting permission set.
• Fixed error that would sometimes occur when running a setting with a foreign key lookup.
