### New Functionality

- Added a new prioritization method called Matrix Scoring. This can be selected from the vertical tab on the left. 
- Added help text on the Pairwise Comparison definition tabs to explain that criteria & alternatives can be added by clicking the “Add” button. 

### Bug Fixes

- Fixed toast messages not showing up on Pairwise Comparison Evaluation pages
- Fixed Pairwise Comparison tabs not loading when the “Freeze Javascript Prototype” option is turned on (new option in Summer 19, defaults to off)
