Renewal Management

Problem: Tracking renewals for annual sales deals can be tricky. 

Solution: Implement a renewal process with Rollup Helper. 

Start by creating a hierarchy between opportunities.

The parent opportunity is always "last year's" opportunity, and the child opportunity is "the next years" opportunity.

Rollup the count of child opportunities to report on any opportunities that don't have the next year's opportunity created.
