*Is there an easy way to show how many Tasks are left to be completed in an open Salesforce® Case? This would help us to manage resources better and ultimately be more productive as an organization. It also might prevent us from closing a Case before it’s truly complete.*

Dear O,

Whether the Cases are for internal issues or for satisfying customers, it is critical to efficiently manage their prompt and correct resolution. You can set up a quick, at-a-glance view of this information with [Rollup Helper](https://www.passagetechnology.com/rollup-helper-overview).

It is as simple as creating a custom number field for Cases, rolling up the data, and filtering the results. Then, because you have this new rollup, you can also create a validation rule that prevents the closing of Cases with open Tasks detected.
