Start by taking a look at your data. Poor data quality can stem from several sources. Common sources of this are data silos creating duplicates and manual entry introducing errors. Read: Need a Competitive Business Advantage? Dial Up Your Data Quality

Now you have the capability to schedule Cleanup Rules on an individual basis, allowing some rules to run hourly, while others run daily, monthly, or yearly. Cleanup Rules can also be staggered to run one rule per hour, instead of all at once.
We also made some quality of life improvements like allowing rules to be activated/deactivated in the table and faster manual runs of rules. And we converted the Health Check page to Lightning Web Components (LWC).
New functionality that we introduced in the Winter Newsletter is now live — this includes a refreshed View Exceptions page that features a more modern feel and increased responsiveness. We also added the ability to Ignore Validation Issues for all owners (previously, ignoring a Validation Issue only ignored it for the ignoring User). To get all the details, go to Data Quality Helper Release Notes v2.14.
The image below shows how Cleanup Rules can be scheduled on an individual basis.
With Data Quality Helper, Salesforce users are notified when bad or duplicative data is entered based on criteria chosen by Admins. This ensures users are entering or updating complete, correct, and non-duplicative data. Hard or Soft Customizable Data Validation & Duplicate Resolution Rules empower Admins to create reminders and warnings for users, which are displayed when certain criteria are met. In addition, Data Cleanup Rules let Admins easily manage data storage and automate a record deletion strategy.
Recently Rollup Helper had an extensive update that we featured in our Winter Newsletter. Since it was such a big update, we’re continuing to highlight new functionality and usability improvements from Rollup Helper Release Notes v22.7.
Unique Sum Rollup – We added the ability to configure a unique sum rollup. A separate field may be selected to enforce unique values.
Improved Search and Schedule Management – New search functionality has been added to the schedule management page, filter management and export pages that gives you more flexibility. Schedules set to run once a week, month, and year can now be set to run at a fixed time instead of on a frequency basis. (See image below.)
Convert Rollups – We implemented Lightning Web Components for the Convert Rollups page. An added benefit is now you have the option to convert multiple settings at the same time.
Parent Filters – Now you can clone parent filters from the define filter, run, and schedule rollup pages. We also added a parent filter preview to the run and schedule pages when a parent filter is set. (See image below.)
With Rollup Helper, you can super-charge your org with capabilities that normally require extensive coding. Rollup Helper overcomes common Salesforce rollup limitations like needing a Master-Detail relationship or the inability to include cross-object formula fields in rollup summary filters. Use Rollup Helper to build mission critical reports and trigger intelligent data-driven workflows.
Project Template – With this new setting, you can exclude fields when exporting templates by using a comma-separated list of API field names. This includes:
Gantt Chart – You can set the “Gantt Status Filter” to only display records whose Status/Stage field matches the setting value (using the API name).

We’re excited about our new beta that will be coming soon! A new Settings Modal will be added to the Summary page that will allow users to change the page to two columns, filter by dates, and show programs instead of projects.
We’re also adding a new custom setting “Manage Project Plan Column Width” that will default the width of manage project plan columns on initial load. Columns can still be manually adjusted.
The image below shows the new Summary Modal.
