Develop new business opportunities with existing clients by promoting company products and services. Improve customer satisfaction by improving responsiveness and anticipating customer needs. Help on-board new clients and provide customer service to assigned customer accounts.

Description

  1. Account Management

    • Establish and maintain contact with customers to develop an awareness of customer demands

    • Work across functions to align company towards customer demands discovered

    • Maintain regular contact with customers to keep them aware of business developments and to seek feedback

    • Negotiate with customers in the event of refunds or discounts requested

    • Make customers aware of any product developments to increase company sales

    • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and other relevant bodies to ensure that the company’s maximum sales potential is realized

  2. Customer Success

    • Carry out surveys of customer satisfaction to identify the scope for improvements in product quality and service delivery

    • To be the main contact for the customer in handling a question or problem, and to keep the customer updated with timely and frequent information about progress towards resolving the issue

    • To facilitate a resolution to problems by bringing together the appropriate functions

    • To implement a procedure that ensures the problem does not occur again
