Establish and maintain contact with customers to develop an awareness of customer demands
Work across functions to align company towards customer demands discovered
Maintain regular contact with customers to keep them aware of business developments and to seek feedback
Negotiate with customers in the event of refunds or discounts requested
Make customers aware of any product developments to increase company sales
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and other relevant bodies to ensure that the company’s maximum sales potential is realized
Customer Success
Carry out surveys of customer satisfaction to identify the scope for improvements in product quality and service delivery
To be the main contact for the customer in handling a question or problem, and to keep the customer updated with timely and frequent information about progress towards resolving the issue
To facilitate a resolution to problems by bringing together the appropriate functions
To implement a procedure that ensures the problem does not occur again
