2020/11/12
Usability Improvements
- The Advanced section when creating or editing a Lookup Setting is now expanded by default.
- A button was added to clear the schedule on the Schedule Lookup page.
- Lookup Helper now checks additional operating limits when determining if it should run in realtime or asynchronously.
- The Multiple Matching Parent Records error now records the ids of the parent records that matched in the “Related Record Ids” field.
Bug Fixes
- If deploying a realtime trigger fails, the error is now displayed on the realtime enablement page.
- Lookup Helper Errors now merge asynchronously, which should reduce/eliminate record lock errors that would sometimes be encountered previously.
- Fixed an issue where the Force Asynchronous Processing checkbox would not display immediately after deploying the realtime trigger.
- Fixed an issue where the Realtime Enablement page would continuously refresh if a deployment failed.
- Fixed an issue where a Lookup Setting could not be activated/deactivated if it had a comma in the setting name
- Lookups now populate correctly when updating the parent record and the setting is matching on Name/Id.
- The Realtime Enablement page now displays all deployed triggers in addition to triggers for objects with existing settings.
- Fixed an issue where it would attempt to match “name” instead of “subject” when using the Case object as a parent.
- Fixed a rare issue that would cause a “field does not exist” error when using workflows with the same objects as lookup settings reference.
- Fixed some issues with links in the Additional Information section.
