Installation

Download Milestones PM+ from AppExchange (free)

To access premium features (highly recommended), send the Organization ID to support@passagetech.com with subject line “SE demo org.”

Make sure the demo user is assigned the “MPM+ Full Access” permission set.

Sample Project Data

Download XML Template | View XML Template | Use your own project file

Open Milestones PM+ in Salesforce and go to the Import Template tab>File Location>Upload File.

Custom Settings

Open Milestones PM+ in Salesforce and go to the Milestones PM+ Settings tab. Learn more in the admin guide.

Recommended. Project Template Settings>Realtime Project Creation: enable/check. Time Tracking Settings>Default Object and Object 1: set to “MPM4_BASE__Milestone1_Task__c”

1. Setup>Opportunity>Buttons, Links, and Actions>New Button or Link
2. For Display Type, select “Detail Page Button.”
3. For Behavior, select any.
4. For Content Source, keep as “URL.”
5. In the large input box, paste

   /apex/MPM4_BASE__Milestone1_Import_Project?&Id={!Opportunity.Id}

6. Save. Go to Page Layouts and add the button.

Pricing and App Access

Milestones PM+ requires a Saleforce user license compatible with accessing ISVforce/OEM apps.

Milestones PM+ Free Edition is available to all licensed users in the org (see Product Installation, Permission Sets, Assigning User Licenses). Milestones PM+ Premium Edition is available per-user and org-wide. Free trials are available for 14 days in production and unlimited in sandbox.

Milestones PM+ Starter Packs are development service packages to enhance the out-of-the-box app and tailor it for your organization. Designed for all skill levels of Salesforce and Milestones PM+, Starter Packs focus on bringing project management success without exhaustive effort from your valuable time.
