What makes Work Trail different from other apps is that it allows users to quickly identify to-do’s, status, or roadblocks when viewing a record. Teams can create notes with different types, statuses, and background colors. In addition, users can display notes from related child records at the parent record level, for example view notes from Cases, Opportunities, and other standard/custom objects at the Account level.

Dynamic Tasks Change Based on Record Type

Dynamic tasks allow different tasks to be displayed for a record as it moves along its lifecycle. Users can also see a standard set of tasks for records with an object type or particular field values. Once task sets are configured, they can be marked complete with a simple click.
