You can also park your accounts, contacts, and opportunities under a zip code, district, or other geographic criteria. You can even display the count of accounts, contacts, or the sum of total closed won sales amount for each zip code to track forecasts/potentials and actuals/history in each zip code.

- Grifols needed to summarize the number of related items to Accounts and Contacts, and present that information to the user on those records. “We also use this same information on several reports. - As CRM Consultants, Rare Karma was hired by a client who had been using Apex code to get around Salesforce limitations. The challenge was that Rare Karma needed to find another way to get around these limitations without code. The client needed to be able to search and filter results, as well as reference values and use formulas to set field values.
