Milestones PM+ Launches Project Management Agentforce Extension

Exciting news for Milestones PM+ users with Agentforce!

The Milestones PM+ Agentforce project extension is now available for free download from AgentExchange.

The AI-powered assistant offers app support by answering questions and providing helpful resources right at your fingertips. It will suggest prompts based on what object (Project, Task, etc.) you’re currently viewing and recommend knowledge articles and next-steps after it responds.

In conjunction with the in-app Training LWCs and online Library, Milestones PM+ continues to expand ways to increase user adoption and simplify the learning curve for optimal Salesforce project management.

Before installing, check Milestones PM+ is on the most recent version by going to the Milestones PM+ Help tab’s “Update Links.”
