Looking Back, Looking Ahead

Year in Review

As we say good-bye to 2025 and welcome 2026, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on the past year and most importantly, to thank you for using our apps and services.

Throughout the year our teams have been focused on delivering product updates with new features, enhanced functionality, and improved user experience. 

The result is releases like the new Milestones PM+ Agentforce Extension that's designed to enhance productivity. Users can quickly get information about different features or ask questions about release versions. Another great enhancement is Data Quality Helper’s new Data Cleanup Rule feature, which allows users to create settings to manage data storage and deletion inside of Salesforce. We also launched our latest productivity app, Work Trail in the fall. 

Ultimately our goal is to make managing Salesforce® data and projects easier for you and your teams. Following are more highlights of our product releases and updates for Rollup Helper, Milestones PM+, Data Quality Helper, and Lookup Helper.

Milestones PM+ 2025 Release Highlights

• Agentforce Extension – Now you can use our free project management app, Milestones PM+ to get answers on different features, ask questions about release versions, and more. Check out PT’s Fall Newsletter 2025 for more details.

• Lightning Gantt Chart Custom Settings – Now you can make changes to the Lightning Gantt chart custom settings. Plus, you can sort the Import Milestone Template LWC simply by clicking the header. See Milestones PM+ Release Notes v17.9 or PT’s Summer Newsletter 2025.

• Lightning Web Components & Gantt Chart Enhancements – The Gantt chart now automatically refreshes when dates are changed. This allows the date shifting to occur before further changes are made, while preventing unexpected changes from happening. • Premium Features Are FREE, Plus New Custom Settings & Functionality – The free edition of Milestones PM+ now includes access to all the features previously limited to Premium for free. • Critical Path Functionality – Also new is the critical path functionality feature, which can be highlighted with the “Show Critical Path” button on the Project’s Gantt chart. A Project’s critical path represents the longest sequence of Tasks that must be completed on time to finish the Project. Data Quality Helper 2025 Release Highlights

• Notification Feature – A notification feature will now send an email to the user when a scheduled Cleanup Rule is unable to run due to free limits being exceeded. Data Quality Helper v2.13 includes an upgrade that enables more object types to be supported by Data Cleanup Rules, as well as an in-app link to view recently deleted records by Data Cleanup Rules. • More Options for Users – The addition of an ‘Exclude Nulls’ checkbox to duplicate rule criteria means users can now prevent a Duplicate Rule from matching records when fields are null/blank. • Secure Data Cleanup Rules for Data Storage & Deletion – Data Quality Helper’s new Data Cleanup Rule feature allows users to create settings to manage data storage and deletion inside of Salesforce. Now you can automatically or manually mass delete records on ANY object and safely free up costly data storage. Rollup Helper 2025 Release Highlights

• New Lightning Web Components on the All Settings Page – Have you noticed Rollup Helper’s new look and improved user experience? The refreshed look is the result of LWCs that were implemented for the All Settings page and the User Interface for the Health Check page. • New Security Authentication – Another important update is the new Security Authentication that’s required for performing metadata API operations like deploying triggers or custom fields. Lookup Helper 2025 Release Highlights

• Settings Using Child Filters Process Faster – Lookup Helper Settings that use a child filter and run asynchronously will now use fewer resources and will process faster in most scenarios.
