Rollup Helper Expands Grouping & Preview Functionality! 🔥
To give you more rollup options, we added more Automatic Rollup Groupings, as well as the ability to easily calculate a Rollup Preview right from a target record's detail page. See the details below.

Additional Automatic Rollup Groupings for Scheduled Rollups
With additional Automatic Rollup Groupings for scheduled rollups, realtime rollups, and activated rollups, you now have more options for organizing rollups. For example, you can automatically group rollups by run mode for easier access. - Calculate Rollup Preview from Target Record’s Detail Page
The ability to calculate a Rollup Preview from a target record’s detail page via a Lightning Web Component: c:ps_previewRollupAction has been added. One of the great things about the new Rollup Preview is that it offers a way to debug a rollup value directly on a target record detail's page. This will help ensure rollup consistency, and allow you to preview a rollup result from any compatible rollup available. Plus it’s an easy way to confirm the results before running a rollup.
Note: This is only available in Premium Edition
New Issue Grouping Feature Organizes Health Checks
A new issue grouping feature has been added to the Health Check page that helps de-clutter the page view. The grouping organizes health checks by category instead of having them individually listed on the page. So if you have a health check where a rollup was deactivated due to an exception, just select “View Issues” for the category. A separate modal will appear that lists all rollups affected by the issue. Nice!
The example below shows how you can automatically group rollups by Run Mode for easier access.

We’re totally geeked 🤓 about the new LWC Time Entry Grid Email Modal! It allows users to select custom email templates and edit the email that goes out with a custom subject and body. Accompanying this is a new custom setting called “Send Default Email On Time Submission, which automatically emails the user’s manager, bypassing the modal popup.
The new custom setting “Prevent Template Edits From Non-Admin Users” provides additional admin control and efficiency. For the full listing of updates, go to Milestones PM+ Release Notes v16.10.
