Milestones PM+ Adds New Custom Settings
You asked for more flexibility and options with custom settings, and you got it! There’s now a new Milestones PM+ Granular Trigger Disablement setting, as well as a new First Day of Week setting.
Granular Trigger Disablement
This new custom setting allows Admins to stop triggers listed from running.
Time Entry – First Day Of Week
The new First Day of the Week setting sets the starting day on the Time Entry Grid by using the first three letters (“Sun”, “MON”, “tue”, etc.). Just enter the first three letters of the day you’d like to appear and click Save.
Note: If you’re in Europe, the first day of the week defaults to start on Monday, and if you're in the U.S., it defaults to Sunday.
Custom Settings also include:
- “Calculate Daily Total From All Views” calculates the daily totals from all list views on the Time Entry Grid, not just the currently selected list view.
- “Exclude Weekend Work Default Value” sets the Exclude Weekend Work field to true (for new records created).
- “Update Resources Assigned Field” prevents the Resources Assigned field from changing when adding Project Resources.

It’s Here! Lookup Helper’s NEW Parent Record Matching Feature
Now you have the ability to Sort and Add Offsets to matching parent records inside of the Parent Filter modal, giving you more control over which parent record you would like to match.
For example, to match Contact Phone Number to Account Phone Number, simply sort by the Account’s CreatedDate field. This enables you to match to the most recently created Account. See Select Fields on Contact And Account to Match in the image below.
If you want to match to the 2nd most recently created Account, you can skip (using offset) 1 record. See the image below.
Introducing the New Asynchronous Real-Time Icon!
Now you can identify settings that are running in real-time at a glance! The new icon on the All Settings page shows you Lookup Helper Settings that run in asynchronous real-time. Check out Release Notes v10.15 for more Lookup Helper updates.
