The AI-powered assistant offers app support by answering questions and providing helpful resources right at your fingertips. It will suggest prompts based on what object (Project, Task, etc.) you’re currently viewing and recommend knowledge articles and next-steps after it responds.

Rollup Helper Becomes the 10 Millionth AppExchange Install

Back in 2008, Jerry Reid and Brent Gossett couldn’t possibly imagine their app would eventually be the 10 millionth install on the Salesforce AppExchange. They were just trying to provide a solution for a client’s use of Salesforce.

Rollup Helper would later become one of the AppExchange’s most popular apps, installed into more than 60,000 orgs and counting. So when they recently learned their app was the 10 millionth install, it was totally unexpected, but not completely surprising given its universal popularity. Passage Technology makes annual Inc. 5000 for fourth consecutive year!

Inc. magazine today revealed that Passage Technology is No. 3966 on its annual Inc. 5000 list, the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. The list represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the American economy’s most dynamic segment—its independent small businesses. Intuit, Zappos, Under Armour, Microsoft, Patagonia, and many other well-known names gained their first national exposure as honorees on the Inc. 5000.
